Thank you for shopping at Maruichiba Japan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or altered items
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour. Please contact us at marumaru.katu@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
